How long does delivery take?
Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered the same day if placed before 2 PM. Deliveries outside Nairobi usually take 24-48 hours depending on your exact location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only deliver within the borders of Kenya.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please ensure you keep your receipt and original packaging.
My gadget arrived faulty, what should I do?
We test premium items where possible, but if an item is faulty out of the box, please contact support immediately for a replacement or warranty repair.
