Delivery Times & Rates

• Nairobi Region: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Rate: KSH 300.
• Outside Nairobi (Major Towns): 24-48 hours delivery via secure courier. Rate: KSH 800.
• Free Delivery: Applied automatically on all orders exceeding KSH 5,000 within Kenya.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a straightforward return process.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The gadget must be in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Defective Items

If your item is defective out of the box, please contact our support team within 48 hours for an immediate replacement or to initiate a warranty claim according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
